White Chocolate Peppermint Hot Cocoa

6 cups milk
3/4 cup white chocolate chips (6 oz)
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
whipped cream for topping and crushed candy canes
In a smallish crock pot, combine the milk, chocolate chips, and peppermint extract.
Heat on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve with whipped cream on top, and crushed candy cane pieces. Marshmallows optional!
This was so entirely good. The little pieces of peppermint candy melted and just enhanced the peppermint flavor. mmmmmm
