Some people call it a slow cooker, some call it a crock pot. You can buy it fancy, you can but it plain. You can buy it big, or buy it small. Timers, programmable, temperature controls, round, oval, trio server, there are so many options!
I started featuring a crock pot recipe every Monday morning to encourage and motivate you to dust off that crock pot and plug it in!
I have a few different crock pots, but mainly I use a 4 quart crock pot that has 2 settings — low and high. It works for me!
During the winter, I cook a lot of soups and chili’s in the crock pot, but I love to use it all year round.
